Payment protection

  • Commission is paid only on collected revenue.
  • Payment releases after a 14-day hold.
  • Refunds inside 30 days void unpaid commission.
  • Chargebacks deduct from future commissions.
  • No commission on taxes, credits, ad spend, phone, email, or vendor usage costs.

Rep standards

  • No guaranteed revenue, appointment, or migration promises.
  • Every deal must include pain, package, price, payment status, and next step in SetterOS Cockpit.
  • Commission requires payment, signed agreement, and complete onboarding handoff.
Best-fit rep: full-cycle seller who can prospect, demo, close, collect payment, and hand off cleanly into onboarding.
